• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with commission and incentive structures in place.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role in the technology or business services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and reliable transportation.
