📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies for the extraction and processing of bauxite, focusing on sustainability and efficiency.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of mining equipment and processing plants.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new mining projects.
• Optimize production processes to improve yield and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support and training to the mining team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bauxite mining and processing.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in the mining industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management systems.
• Certification in environmental management or mining safety is a plus.
