📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Market and promote Bank Mega's credit card and loan products to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Assess client creditworthiness and recommend appropriate financial products
- Process loan applications and monitor credit card usage
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services
- Strong understanding of credit card and loan products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Indonesian ID and work permit for Batam
