📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods.,Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Keep accurate records of all transactions and financial documents.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Assist in inventory management by counting and restocking cash and supplies.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
