📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure the branch meets all regulatory and legal requirements.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
