• Teach a variety of yoga classes suitable for different levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Develop and implement yoga programs that align with our guests' wellness goals.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure the integration of yoga into our overall wellness offerings.
• Promote the benefits of yoga to our guests and staff, fostering a culture of wellness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in yoga, and incorporate them into your classes.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the yoga studio, ensuring it is always ready for use.
• Provide guidance and support to guests who may have specific wellness needs or conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a yoga instructor, with a strong background in teaching various styles of yoga.
• A valid certification from a recognized yoga teacher training program, such as Yoga Alliance or similar.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as it is the primary language used in our hotel.
• Experience working in a hospitality setting, preferably in a wellness-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire others.
• Knowledge of Balinese culture and traditions, as it is an integral part of our hotel's identity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
