📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to align with company goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Conduct regular financial audits and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Certification in CPA or ACCA is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is preferred.
