📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs using our PMS and guest relationship management tools.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with special requests and arrangements for guests.
- Promote resort services and amenities to guests.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
- Familiarity with PMS and guest relationship management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Certification in hospitality management is a plus.
