As a Healthcare Compliance Audit Specialist in our remote-first team, you will work closely with our compliance team and healthcare professionals to ensure that all our operations are in line with national and international regulations. You will use tools like SAP, Microsoft Office, and specialized compliance software to conduct audits, analyze data, and generate reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of healthcare facilities and processes to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans to address non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and compliance team members to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all audits and compliance activities.
• Provide training and support to healthcare staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall compliance framework.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance auditing, preferably in a regulatory environment.
• Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHCP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including those from the Indonesian Ministry of Health and international bodies like the Joint Commission International (JCI).
• Proficiency in using SAP, Microsoft Office, and other compliance software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
