📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answer and direct inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients and healthcare providers.
• Process insurance claims and verify patient information.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
