As an HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of our operations, handling everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our employees are engaged, motivated, and supported, while also adhering to Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
• Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or related fields is a plus.
