Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Provide general HR advice and support to managers and employees.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a related role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.🛠️ Keahlian
