Toko Elektronik Yoga Gadget is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.,Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
