Byte Smart Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to lead our team in Cilegon. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the collaboration of an in-office environment. As the Department Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the department's success, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring the achievement of our organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both in-office and virtually.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
