Gold Town Abadi is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-store and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks, cash handling, and security measures.,Assist customers with product inquiries, sales, and returns, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and managing waste.,Monitor and report store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and achieve sales targets.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in store events, promotions, and seasonal activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales processes.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.
