📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
• Create multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Utilize industry-leading tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate to design and develop training programs.
• Conduct needs analysis and gap analysis to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and content development.
• Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Strong knowledge of multimedia tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Camtasia.
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that drive business results.
