Fresh Base Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
