Glow Root Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead F&B Service professional to join our team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service in our food and beverage offerings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the F&B service team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop F&B staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, and place orders to ensure adequate stock and cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic dining area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to coordinate service and ensure seamless operations.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of service standards and procedures.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.,Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and challenges.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
