📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.,Schedule appointments and manage the receptionist's calendar.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.,Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Good knowledge of English is a plus.,Ability to work in a team environment.
