📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations of pharmacy logistics, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in healthcare logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to scale operations across Singapore and Bali.
• Leverage tools like SAP, JDA, and other logistics software to manage inventory and track shipments.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant operational methodologies.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar platforms.
