• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and advanced brewing techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Work collaboratively with the team to perfect brewing techniques and create new coffee recipes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee brewing, attending workshops and training sessions when necessary.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the coffee shop's cash register.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering new coffee beans and supplies as needed.
• Promote our coffee shop and its products to both existing and new customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty coffee methods.
