📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and members with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Handle check-ins and check-outs for members and guests.,Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Maintain accurate records of guest and member information.,Promote our services and facilities to guests and members.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.,Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Ready to start work immediately.,Friendly and professional demeanor.
