Agung Indra Electronics is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet in Tanjung Balai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for electronics. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the outlet from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Promote the store's products and initiatives to drive sales and engagement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.,Conduct regular performance reviews of the sales team to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
