📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Comply with all health and safety regulations, and ensure the restaurant meets all licensing and inspection requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
