📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential market opportunities.
  • Support lead generation activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining customer relationship databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations to gather information and provide support.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Participate in team activities and events to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Must be available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months).
