📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product or service enhancement.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth and innovation.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products or services.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
