📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Manage and optimize our logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers to ensure we have the right products in stock.
  • Track and manage customer orders from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and logistics strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and logistics coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics management and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are a plus.
