The Government of Bangka Belitung Islands is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bureaucratic Reform Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing bureaucratic reforms aimed at improving government efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public administration, a deep understanding of bureaucratic processes, and a proven track record of successful reform initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the implementation of bureaucratic reforms across various government departments.,Develop and implement strategies to streamline government processes and reduce bureaucracy.,Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in bureaucratic processes.,Collaborate with government officials and stakeholders to gather input and ensure stakeholder buy-in for reform initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of reform initiatives, and make adjustments as needed.,Prepare and present reports on the status and impact of reform initiatives to senior management.,Provide training and support to government staff on new processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in public administration and bureaucratic reform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in public administration or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian bureaucratic processes and government structures.,Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing bureaucratic reforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government officials and stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement.,Familiarity with government reporting and monitoring systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
