Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth,Manage and mentor sales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement,Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals,Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or tourism industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong leadership and team management abilities,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams is a plus
