📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the clinic's performance and growth.,Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.,Monitor financial performance and ensure the clinic's financial health and profitability.,Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Represent the clinic at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role in the healthcare industry, preferably in a dental clinic setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of dental clinic operations, including patient care, scheduling, and financial management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.,Knowledge of dental software and technology is a plus.
