Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) - Regional Office Bangka Belitung is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Government Researcher to join our team. As a Senior Government Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support the formulation and evaluation of development policies and programs. You will work closely with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data, and to provide recommendations for policy and program improvements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting research and analysis to support the formulation and evaluation of development policies and programs.
  • Gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other outputs to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of research methodologies and tools.
  • Participating in meetings and workshops with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to discuss research findings and recommendations.
  • Providing technical assistance and guidance to junior researchers and staff.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of development research and policy.
  • Contributing to the development of the organization's research and policy agenda.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, development studies, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in government research, with a focus on development policies and programs.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and other outputs for stakeholders.
  • Experience working with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
