In this role, you will be responsible for handling sales transactions, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth cashier operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing sales transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Operate cash registers and manage cash handling procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in training new employees on sales and cashier procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and customer-focused attitude.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Ability to handle cash and manage financial transactions accurately.
