📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and organization.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to inventory and shipping.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
