📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and execute breakfast menus that highlight the best of Indonesian and international flavors.
• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including pancakes, waffles, omelets, and other international breakfast items.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared with the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve the breakfast menu.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager and other chefs to ensure that the breakfast service meets the expectations of our discerning guests.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure that the breakfast menu is both delicious and profitable.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable breakfast experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a breakfast chef in a luxury restaurant setting.
